DVD is a short name of Digital Versatile Disc or Digital Video Disc. It is a type of optical disc used for data storage and as a plat for multimedia. It is an output storage media of computer. It is used to view, save, copy, paste, print, write one time in DVD-R, write multi time in DVD-RW, delete (Erase) etc. all the necessary data such as documents, pictures, movies, songs, software etc.
- It is mainly available in market 4.7GB DVD.
- It has high storage capacity than CD and low storage than Blu-ray disc.
- It is a digital optical disc data storage format invented and developed in 1995 and released in late 1996.
